Non-ADHD Partner Support Group

Living with ADHD presents challenges – not just to the person navigating life with ADHD but also to their partners. Having experienced this in my own life, I know that having support options is critical, especially if you are trying to make sense of living with or caring for someone with great intentions but inconsistent attention.

Purpose of the Sessions:

The purpose of the sessions is to provide a community specifically for non-ADHD partners, offering support and understanding as they navigate the unique challenges of their relationships. Together, we'll discuss and explore the joys and tribulations of being a non-ADHD partner, share and learn from each other’s experiences, and create a safe space for mutual support.
