Service Description

This program offers language, a new narrative to your inner chatter and mini-mindful moments practice (the PQ Gym). Practicing increases the ability to create a pause, inhibiting automatic responses and providing a space that cultivates self-awareness. With more self-awareness, you learn to articulate your ADHD experience and grow a sense of agency finding the confidence to make your own choices.
