Non-ADHD Partner Support Group

Living with ADHD presents challenges – not just to the person navigating life with ADHD but also to their partners. Having experienced this in my own life, I know that having support options is critical, especially if you are trying to make sense of living with or caring for someone with great intentions but inconsistent attention.

Purpose of the Sessions:

Are you a non-ADHD partner feeling overwhelmed and isolated in your relationship?

Do you find it challenging to navigate the unique dynamics that come with loving someone with ADHD? You're not alone.

Join our support group designed specifically for non-ADHD partners. In our sessions, you'll find a community that truly understands your struggles and joys. Together, we'll:

  • Discuss and explore the joys and tribulations of being a non-ADHD partner.

  • Share and learn from each other’s experiences, gaining valuable insights.

  • Create a safe space for mutual support and understanding.

Together, we can build a supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Gain the support and understanding you need as we navigate this journey together.
